Cancellation Policy

INVESTMENT I : Travel related costs are not included for locations outside Osaka; INVESTMENT II : Travel related costs are included only for travel within Osaka, Nara and Kyoto Prefectures; Rêveuse au Japon permits the rescheduling of confirmed filming dates, subject to the date availability; In the event of force majeure or unforeseen weather conditions—such as storms, rainfall, or snow—occurring on the scheduled filming day, Rêveuse au Japon shall not be held liable for any cancellations resulting from such circumstances; Please note that all related expenses, including transportation, toll fees, fuel, vehicle usage with insurance fees and staff charges, are to be borne by the client; As part of the Investment II package, Kimono and Hakama wear are provided for complimentary use; Strictly No Cancellations. We dedicate our full attention to only one couple | client per day; Filming is a delicate process, and to achieve the best results in editing, we focus entirely on one story at a time; After completing the form, kindly wait for Rêveuse au Japon's response within the next 8 hours as we check our availability table to confirm the selected dates.
