Here in Japan, if you found your perfect house….it will be more perfect once it’s renovated.
Buying old homes can be a gamble, and when you add in a renovation, things can get tricky.

By renovating a traditional Japanese house, there can be joy, novelty and stimulation in continuing to re-use and treasure the same old structure. Even with renovations, you’ll be able to keep some of the uniqueness while bringing it up-to-date and making it truly yours!

“To renovate a house is to innovate the way of approach and think about the present without diminishing the old tradition way”. We occasionally document all the houses that we renovate by filming and sharing out our works. This time, Let me introduce to you not only our first but our 4th property!

If you observe, The house needs a lot of work. This project which we planned end of this year went earlier as expected. And is about to start in meticulous planning.
From demolition, down to water waste to ordering Quality Timber woods up to plastering the walls and of course using high quality Japanese materials. We will share them all to you. “It’s about all the great sights and activities of renovating a traditional house that Japan has to offer”.
